We believe in transparent and upfront pricing. Below is a guide to what you can expect for various visits and procedures.
Consultations
Urology, Male Fertility & Sexual Medicine
PPO Insurance
We work with most insurance plans. You will be responsible for your specialist co-pay as determined by your insurance plan.
Medicare
We accept Medicare. We do not accept Medicare Advantage plans unless they are PPO.
EPO, HMO, or Self-Pay
Consultation fee for patients without a covered PPO or Medicare plan.

All initial vasectomy reversal consultations are free.
Telemedicine
Initial telemedicine consultations are available for patients in California.

Insurance coverage for vasectomy can be unpredictable, with patients sometimes facing unexpected out-of-pocket costs. To eliminate that uncertainty, we offer a clear, all-inclusive procedure fee.

We will provide a superbill and clinical notes you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

If your out-of-pocket cost through insurance is lower than our cash price, reach out with a good faith estimate from your insurance company and we will do our best to match it.
To find out your exact cost:
- 1Call your insurance provider and ask if vasectomy (CPT code 55250) is covered under your plan. If a diagnosis code is requested, it is most commonly Z30.2 (Encounter for sterilization).
- 2Confirm whether the procedure is subject to a deductible, co-pay, or coinsurance — and ask what your out-of-pocket cost will be.

If you prefer a traditional per-visit model, self-pay consultations are also available.

Telemedicine consultations are free. In-person consultations are $50. We welcome patients from across the United States and internationally.
Procedure Pricing
Procedure cost is based on the number of units used and your individual goals. Packages range from $2,800 (4 units) to $11,000 (20 units).
